If you have been offered admission to UF’s Pathway to Campus Enrollment program (PaCE), welcome to the Gator Nation! This site will help you explore the Computer Engineering (CpE) major in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE).
CpE Major in PaCE
The CpE major available to PaCE students results in the University of Florida’s Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering identical to the fully residential pathway, including curriculum and graduation requirements. As a PaCE student, you will begin your coursework online, then transition to campus once you have met the transition requirements. CpE online coursework follows the same standards, and awards the same credit, as courses offered residentially. In fact, the courses are often taught by the same instructors. As a CpE student in PaCE, we encourage you to do all of the things students typically do – join clubs, participate in community events, and collaborate with your peers.
Transition to Campus Coursework
As a PaCE student, you must complete both your general and CpE major specific transition requirements before you may transition to campus.

- at least 60 credits (at least 15 of which must be enrolled via UF Online*)
