Computer Engineering at the University of Florida

At the University of Florida, the undergraduate Computer Engineering  (CpE) program is an interdisciplinary program incorporating faculty from the Department of Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE) and Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). It is administered by the Department of Engineering Education (EED).
A prospective student can be admitted to the Computer Engineering (CpE) program in one of three ways:

  • Freshman admission
  • Transfer admission
  • Change from another major to CpE

In each case, there is a separate application procedure.
